It’s auction madness time for Cause for Paws. I have just listed 18 items on eBay … all starting with bids of $9.99 each. Lots of spanking and vanilla items up for auction and all of the proceeds will go to the shelter. Can’t beat that.

Totally off topic, but I have been really wanting to tell everyone. Several posts ago you blogged about having a possible spanko radar. I commented about finding an old fashioned carpet beater at an aquaintances’ house, but not finding any rugs or carpets in the house. I pondered about it for quite a while, that is, until I found out they go and particpate civil war reinactments….which totally explains all the swords.
Back to the topic at hand. I am glad you pulled everything together. I have never had a pet from special breeding only a dog from a local shelter. She was the best dog anyone ever had.
So what I am really trying to say Pixie, is you rock my unmatching, yet coordinated socks.

since this post isn’t getting much draw i’tt pontificate a little.
adopting a pet from a shelter is one of the most wonderfull things you can do.
dogs and cats have been with us for countless years. dogs perhaps more than 1,000,000 and cats certianly more than 10,000. we’ve come to understandings.
you own a dog. no one owns a cat, they own you. dogs are easily trained [the basics, not tricks]. you’re not, but don’t worry, your cat will train you soon enough.
even if you’re the lonesomest person in town [great song, kay starr?] if you can adopt a kitten and a puppy soon you’ll be part of a family.

We will donate a DVD pack of our best films. Wheatley Manor 3 disc set, Strictly Come Spanking 2 disc set, Reformation At The Abbey 2 disc set and the not-yet-released Hot Fuzz 2 disc set. ($140 retail value). Not sure if you can think of a way to auction these as I’m sure you can list them on Ebay. But we will send them out directly to the highest bidder on your behalf.

Lots of comments certainly aren’t necessary here!! What’s most awesome is that folks are heading over and taking a look at the items up for auction and some great bids have been made. Currently 9 of the 16 items already have bids on them and I see a few people have more on their watch list! Get your bids in soon … the auctions end on the 14th and you don’t want to miss your shot!!
I have a few more items to list including at least one more implement, Shadow Lane DVDs, and I’ll see if I can dig some more cute wardrobe items out of my collection. Any requests for something you’d like to see of mine put up for auction? A signed implement, clothing, a vanilla photo? Let me know if there is something you can think of.
Direct donations are doing absolutely wonderful as well. We are now up to $2568 as of this morning. The shelter is going to be stunned and will no doubt again be bugging me to reveal my fundraising secret.

Ok, I’m going out on a limb here but…
…I’m sending you $100.00 for Cause for Paws via snail mail in the hope that at the end of your CFP spankings you will do my fantasy ending as outlined in my comment on your “Alternate Endings” post of 10 June. (You know, where you hold the heavy wooden paddle with marbles or ball bearings in each hole at arms length for 10 minutes while kneeling or sitting on your burning butt. Any marbles hit the floor before the time is up and you get one swat per minute of missed time). I bet you can’t do all ten minutes! If you can you’re free and clear. If anyone else wants to add money for this then all the better. Pleeeeeaaaaaasssssssse!!!?

Tigerbutt, sure for $100 I’ll do the 10 minute challenge and subsequent paddling.
I may have to borrow that Sizzling Walnut paddle that is up for auction before it sells though as it’s the only one I have here that has holes. I won’t add the footaget to the Cause4Paws video, but I will make it a separate home video creation. That’s the kind of easy to film (though clearly tough of the shoulders and bottom!) video we can create. Kind of like poor Lily having to stand in the corner for 10 minutes on film last year in exchange for a donation. Poor Lily. Corner time … ick!

Thanks Pixie! The checks already in the mail. It wont be as easy as it sounds but for what works out to $10/minute (by extension $600 dollars /hour) not bad wages just to sit there and sweat! I’d like to donate more but then I’d like to win the lottery too.
Maybe you can sell copies of the video for more donations.
