“ANOTHER TRUE STORY RELATED HERE” Hi it’s me gyslaine again,I would like to relate another story that happend ,my mum has a sister and she had a girl (my cousin),and she was 14 at the time,and she came over to our place during the school summer holiday for two week’s and of course she too was like me allways wearing “nylon buttoned overalls aswell as a pleated suspender skirt. But her mum ( my aunt) did’nt use a martinet to spank her, instead as she told me her mum spanked her with a rubber paddle,and when she saw the ” martinets” in our shop ,she told me “oh i’ve seen theese a lot in a lot of other homes but as my mother has a ” rubber paddle” to spank me I don’t know what it feels like being spanked with it,can I touch them and I looked if my mum was not around ( because I was not allowed to take them in my hands ) and if I got caught by her I’ts sure that she would give me a flogging with it!.And I said okay,and she picked one up and started to caresse the 12 leather thongs and said ” well they smell new leather and the wooden handle is good,and I answerd her explaining that yes they did seem pretty ,but when you were flogged with them “it did’nt seem pretty anymore,actualy if you received a good day flogging you could’nt sit down for a couple of days,allthough it left no marks on your bottom”! or buttocks. And then she surprised me when she started to whip herself ( to try it out),on her nylon buttoned overall and said I’ts not as bad as you told me, I don’t feel a thing all I can hear is the noise of the leather thongs on my nylon overall,once again i told her ” are you stupid or what,” “do you think mothers flog their children with their clothes on “it’s bare-bottom” that you receive it! and the noise is not at all the same too!,.But during all this my mum did come along in the shop and saw my cousin with “the martinet in her hands spanking her clothes with it,”but too late” I did’nt have time to warn her ,and my mum said “what is this only mothers have the right to have theee in their hands ” .Young girl I am going to show you something!,now give me this and go in the rear room behind and start undressing yourself,and she did! ,asking tell me aunt do the “martinets” really sting the bottoms as gyslaine told me?”,well you’re going to be fixed straight away,and I stayed there kvowing the pain my cousin was going to feel. Then mum raised the martinet high up ( having put my cousin in bent position),and the flogging began,and I heard the familiar noise this time” woosh-sclack-woosch-schlack-woosch-schlack and mum continued a good 2 minutes,,then my cousin straightened up tears in her eyes saying ” oh my bottem stings me!”aunty,well that’s the purpose young girl,oh it’ hurts more than the rubber paddle,oh very good answerd mum ,before you go home I’ll give my sister a good martinet for her to flog you. And the holiday days went buy,and in beetween we both me and my cousin received a couple of floggings with the martinet,and when mum’s sister came over to fetch her mum told her all about it and finally my aunt went back with the brand naw martinet,and my cousin caid to me saying good bye ,”well what a stupid idea I had now! I’m going to receive the rubber paddle + the martinet,and she did get them both for another two years ,like me!

Hi there my name is GYSLAINE SANIEZ (I’m marc’s wife and I’m m an “english school-teacher,and I would like to add a comment concerning “the use in france of the MARTINET”.As my husband stated (above,and JEAN too ,all that was said is perfectly “correct”,in theese 2 to 3 decades,every mother had a MARTINET hung up generally in the kitchen on a nail ,and nobody even noticed it ,because every house had one,letting alone that in every school class especialy the ladies school teachers use to pass while you was doing your school work in their long buttoned nylon overalls and if they noticed something wrong it’s shore you got flogged, anyway I did’nt attend the same school as my husband ,but we had to bend down upon our little desks and she pulled up our nylon overalls and skirt and she flogged us and we had to count the strokes “loud and clear!,then sitting down after that it was very unconfortable”!plus my mum held a “BAZAR” ( it’s a shop in france were you find anything,(TOOLS-PAINT-CURTAINS-CLOTHES-LOADS OF NYLON OVERALLS IN EVERY SIZE AND LOADS OF MARTINETS of couse,and living in another small town in france too ” mum had a lot of lady customers ” coming in to buy especially ,nylon overalls for themselves ,for their children,braces ,martinets,and at several times when I did’nt have class ( but allways locked up in my long pink nylon overalls), mothers came in to buy braces,suspender skirts or nylon overalls with their boys and girls ( up to 15-16),and when they argued with their mothers ( because they did’nt want to put on braces or they did’nt like the clour or size of their overall the mothers would say ,”do you mind can i borrow you a “martinet to spank my child because he (or she) is arguing with me,and mum would say “please madame! go a head that’s what thet are here for ,and once again another free flogging in the shop begun,( and you could not miss the martinets because they were either hung up in grapes or like in our shop they wer in big dustbins ( so help yourself),even allthough I was not to turbulent as mumu was busy in the shop and I “got on her nerves ,came up in the appartement above the shop took the martinet off it’s nais (the clothes went and even my knickers too and bare bottom I received a good dose of flogging ,then mum would say “are you allright young lady now ,now put yourself back to order and “quick” because I’m busy ,so as you can see ,what was related by JEAN and MARC (my husband) relates te truth

hi there my name is marc I am uk born but my mother was french ,and at the age of 12 we left the uk and settled in northen france ,but really everythinf was different for me ( ,nothing to do with england ) .to start off I had to attend school up to the age of 16 ,so at the age of 12 up to the age of 16 here where mummys “french rules”!.As everybody I had to wear “nylon buttoned house coats short trousers with straps ,my head was shaven and of course mum bought a new “MARTINET” ‘wich is a leather flogger,( every house and parents had one in france ( it’s a wooden wood handle about 25cm long and attached to it there are 12 to 16 thick leather fringes ) to spank naughty girls and boys !. There was one in the house and another waiting for us in school too ,where usualy old lady teachers who were like us in “very long nylon buttoned housecoats” with big pockets to put their “martinet” inside them everyday used to flog us with it ( they were very strict!) ! .but that’s the way it was in france those days ( and nobody even noticed it ,it was the norm (in the 60′s and 70′s).and after each school holiday ,mum would taje us to the shops to buy us “new “nylon overcoats, short trousers with straps and navy blue pleated skirts with straps for my sisters + a new martinet (I can still see them in grapes in the stores with their stinging leather 30cm fringes blowing in the wind ,and of all colours too ‘brown,red black yellow ,they looked quite pretty but our bottoms were really stinged by them,at some state after a good flogging with the “martinet” you could barely sit down” afterwards!..Just to give you an exemple if you did silly things mum would give you 5 or 6 lashes,but if you were disobedient or had bad marks at scholl ,once at home mum woild say okay bend over and she would undoo your braces (or straps) pill over the head your nylon overall and the panties went down too and then she would raise the “martinet” high up and then you heard the “wish,then shlack on your bottom and this could go on for 5mn then in the corner “hands on the head for 30mn. And I don’t complain too much because some mothers would come to the school gate allways in their nylon buttoned overalls with the martinet in their hands ,and their girls and boys would get a good flogging on the pavement .!

The martinet is a very good spanking tool, because it hurts like crazy but doesn’t leave a mark. It’s specifically designed for spanking, so when you bring it out your kids know you mean business. One drawback is that it must be used on bare skin or it doesn’t hurt at all. If you spank your kids on their genitals (if you want to have eye contact) the martinet is the only implement that will have enough sting but not cause any injury. It’s effective anywhere on the body, but again the child has to be bare.
