I’m back! I just got home this evening and what a trip it’s been – both good and bad. My cruise was awesome, but due to the snow storm that blew into the New Jersey area yesterday, our flight home was cancelled. The airline said they could rebook us for Wednesday or possibly Tuesday, otherwise they suggested renting a car and driving home or seeing if the train or buses were running to the area. That’s a long trip from Florida though. After a bit of shock, panic (both my husband and I had to get back to work before Tuesday), and lots of running around the Miami airport, we managed to get booked on another airline’s flight back home today. We made the best of the extra day in Florida and while it was a little on the cool side, it was still a heck of a lot warmer than the home (and lacking the good 15 inches of snow that was dumped up here in cowtown).
I’ll post more about my trip’s adventures very soon, but for now I need to unpack, settle in, post Pixie’s Previews, and finish sorting through emails. In the meantime, here is a fun little pic from my vacation.

hmmmmm… based on your attire in that picture it wasn’t too warm down there… but like you said, it was warmer than home. I am sure that certain “parts” were warmer than others, though. Welcome back!

Glad you enjoyed yourself in Florida. Wish we could have met somewhere but now that I’m a Mrs. Linde I have to consider what the Mr has to say and he is determined that any of my spanko needs can be fulfilled right here at home.

Playing with the statues?? I don’t think that behavior is appropriate – are people really allowed to be up there? I agree with someone who mentioned above that certain parts of your anatomy need to be warmed. Especially (as Winchester said) ‘they deserve the treatment you are meting out”.

Thanks for the welcome home messages!! That is indeed Key West. Thankfully the rest of our trip was much warmer than that day and it was all a lot warmer than the weather back home. I’ll post all about the trip tomorrow.
