I generally like playing the role of the naughty school girl so I don’t like these things:

-Nudity in spanking
-Bare bottom corner time
-Tattoos on schoolgirls
-schoolgirl uniforms that are clearly NOT real. (stilettos, ultra mini skirts, massive cleavage)
-spankings that go on forever there should really be no more than 15 or 20 swats max. anything more just totally takes away from any hint of realism.
-scenes that don’t build up at all, just go right to the spanking.

The reason for all of that is that again, it totally takes away from the realism. No teacher or parent would ever spank someone bare. I like cornertime imagry but no teacher or parent would ever make someone stand in the corner naked, or with their bare butt on display. So don’t do that. No parent or teacher would deliver something crazy like 150 swats to someone.

I guess I like the emotional aspects of the spanking that occur before the actual spanking itself. I wish more scenes would draw that part out a lot longer.

-total nudity (sorry but I stop at bear butts–and CAN’T stand it when the men strip to spank the girls)
-sex (glad PB has none….and I don’t want to do any EVER)
-screaming (if I have to turn the volume down then it bugs me)
-overacting/underacting….either spanker/spankee knows how to act and give/take a spanking or they don’t
-foul language
-torture (spanking should be to teach a lesson not draw blood and really “hurt” someone–so no whips, gags, torture devices, etc)
-underdone spanking (by this I mean the spankee is being a brat and the spanker isn’t really trying)
-too much talking….OK I get there are conversations set up but get to the point and the spanking….I don’t want to watch a discussion for 10 minutes, I want to see a model spanked
-any “real violence” (unsafe hair pulling, beating, punching, disrespect, etc)
-no compassion–a model acts like a brat and gets her butt spanked/paddled/blistered (fingers crossed for me one day) but when all is said and done they should be made to feel safe and cared for (in most every case–but not all of them….not right away anyway). When I do find a partner I want them to spank me when I deserve it BECAUSE they love/care about me. Being shown a little compassion after is what should happen, not just threatening to increase the spanking next time, or ordering them harshly to get back to work. Again NO SEX, but a hug/cuddle would sure make me feel better then being yelled at.
-rudeness/yelling from either spanker or spankee–respect should ALWAYS be shown/given
-models always swinging their hand back–I get it it hurts, but it’s a punishment, it’s supposed to hurt. Their hand should be held behind their back/smacked not pushed away.
-No penalties–models should be given extra strokes for misconduct. Saying “get back in position” and not adding one or two extra strokes doesn’t seem to get the message across. You tell a kid not to play in the road, they do it anyway. They get punished for it, they don’t do it agian……(catch my painful drift?)

- tattoos (sorry, no exceptions)
- any spanking which is too harsh, aka beating (“violence button”)
- mechanical spanking or motionless spankee
- yelling by the spanker
- any disrespect for the spankee’s body, meaning remarks on weight or focussing on parts which are not spankable
- spankee’s face covered by her hair
- wrong environment (a living room is not a room of a school etc)

I agree with pretty much all of yours, Pix. Scolding is fine, but verbal abuse of any sort is a huge turn-off. I hate hearing the words “bitch” or “slut” being directed at the spankee. I also don’t like scenes that mix spanking with sexual activity or sexual talk.

A few more:

Excessive modesty: Embarrassment at the bottom-baring is just fine, but not humiliation. I like the spankee to feel enough comfort and trust with the spanker that this is not the number-one issue.

Undeserved or mean-spirited spankings: Anything were the spanker does not seem to have the spankee’s well-being at heart, or is openly enjoying giving the punishment (satisfaction at a brat’s comeuppance is one thing; reveling in inflicting the pain is another). I don’t like the spankee to feel demoralized or “broken” after the spanking, and I don’t like when the “crime” motivating the punishment is something I don’t believe anyone should really punished for (e.g., masturbation).

Excessive struggling: Kicking and wriggling are great, but I don’t like it when the spankee is truly making a physical effort to make an escape — and the spanker is therefore exerting effort to prevent that. Restraint by anything other than human hands (or perhaps a leg) is a turn-off for me.

“Private parts”: I’m not squeamish about the human body, and inadvertent glimpses are just fine; however, I don’t like when the camera seems to seek out and linger on the spankee’s exposed anus and / or genitals.

Age issues: The spanker seems too young for the scene, or the spankee seems too old.

Strapping or caning on the hands.

Mouth-soaping: This is the only one on my list that I’ve ever seen show up in Punished Brats, and it honestly doesn’t repel me, so much as bring my interest in a scene to a screeching halt (and my thumb to the fast-forward button). I would never complain that it’s included in a few PB scenes (including one of my absolute favorites, “Get It Over With”), but would not be thrilled if were to become a major recurring theme.

Some have mentioned not liking complete nudity on the spankee. While I agree that the bare bottom, framed by clothing, is most aesthetically pleasing, I think mixing in the *occasional* fully nude spanking — especially when it makes sense for the scene — can be a rather exciting change of pace.

When it comes to you Pixie, there’s an image thing happening. Sure spankings can be painful but I don’t think anyone who follows your blog or PB wants to see you hurt behind reason. There’s a real likeability going on and I don’t think a sense of fun ruins the reality of Veronica or anyone else giving you what for. Your birthday spanking of a year or so ago is an example of a painful Pixie using a sense of humor and still getting across of the brush etc.

The way to make the abusers, fake or real, go away is to ignore them. Don’t subscibe to them or buy anything they have to offer. If someone agrees to that on their own with a dom etc., then that’s their individual problem.

For myself I don’t mind a good belt or tawse but something that can leave permanent marks is going too far. One way of causing maximum sting with a belt is to fold it over and let a single strap hamg down. You have to feel that single strap to know what I mean.

Oh, I hate the patty cake type spanking or an overdose of foul language. It doesn’t add to the reality and at least to me, is a real turnoff.

The second thing I hate to see is, when a model keeps throwing her long hair back so we can see her face. It completely ruins the scene for me, makes it unreal. It reminds me she’s doing the whole thing for the camera. Tying it back in a ponytail would solve the problem. Please, give those girls a scrunchie!
