177 pairs of panties!
Here they are all in a chaotic pile.
And here they are all nicely folded and stacked. It actually doesn’t look like all that many in this picture but each stack has 5 – 6 pairs and there are 32 stacks.
Now since this is all about telling the truth … truth be told not all 177 pairs appear in these photos. I had four in the laundry at the time and I was wearing a pair. Sorry Tony. I wasn’t going commando. Not this time anyway. 
Fifteen people guessed correctly that I had 177 pairs and ten guessed that I had 277. In fact when I quizzed my husband as to how many I had, he too estimated 277. I think that clearly indicates that I need to acquire another hundred pairs, no?
Actually, I’m always on the look out for cute new panties to add to my collection both for shoots as well as everyday wear but I also regularly part with pairs so the total is always fluctuating. I keep them all in a (large) single drawer that has a divider in the middle so I can keep the panties I might wear on any given day separate from the new ones I hope to use in a future shoot.
As for why most of the options ended in seven, I liked the repeating pattern rather than selecting random numbers and also thought a single seven might work as that’s the number of days in the week. No special meaning behind the numbers beyond that.
So, now that I’ve revealed the real total, I’m off to search the shops for that extra hundred pairs my husband thinks I already own.

For me it would be more than easy to acquire 100 more pairs if I had the cash…between VS sales, cheap pairs are Target/Wal*Mart/etc and general every once in a while purchases…I could do it in a day if I had the money!
I shall count mine when I move though, now I am curious.

Kim, My answer is …………………………Yes!!!
(In other words, buy as many as you can. If you go over 100 … pick out the 100 best and then hide the rest for when a pair gets lost or damaged. You can never have TOOOO many panties and our significant others will love the idea that we are being smart and stocking up before the obvious price increases that are going to occur in the future. The more we buy the more we save!!)

I don’t like thongs, either. They’re just a permanent wedgie. And that fashion a couple years ago of thongs showing above low-rise jeans….?? Yuck, the worst. I know I should appreciate them more because they preserve a crumblet of modesty during spanking without diminishing the effectiveness of the smacks, -in theory. ddon – well, congrats on your correct guess anyway. As for vanilla versus nudes, it’s just a lot easier to coordinate and manage to photograph wildlife and architecture sometimes than my nakey friends.
Of course I greatly enjoy doing both.

2Good – No, I couldn’t really toss them all and start over. I have many that I have never had the chance to wear. I also have some that were given to me but don’t fit quite right, but I hold on to them anyway because it was so sweet to receive them.

will – Oh will!!! I do have a few favorites – ones that look cute and feel comfy. I also have a couple that I adore but aren’t practical for every day wear.
Isolde – I have a lot of cotton as often it’s difficult to find panties in other materials that fit all of my personal specifications – extra low rise, bikini cut, and pretty. I don’t mind lace panties or even the kind with tight mesh on the bottom, satin is ok, but my favorites are made of nylon/spandex. I like the way they hug my curves and also allow my jeans or shorts to move easily as I walk. I find that cotton tends to get bunched up more.
Ok, now that I’ve shown once again that I think wayyyy too much about panties, I think I’ll go.

I will count and give you a final number ASAP. I am in the process of moving and sorting TONS of laundry, and thus – counting panties.
I am up to 67 that I know of that are folded in a laundry basket right now…
