Can you lean if it’s more of a pouting stance than a bad attitude one?
But no matter what, make sure that a corner is actually available first lest you end up stuffed in the laundry basket.

None of the above! During my most memorable corner time, I turned and gave my ballet teacher the meanest most evil look I could. Years later when I was older, she confided in me that I REALLY “scared” her. So my vote is for using the glare to your advantage! Good luck with that.

Dag. I don’t do ct normally as it’s time that could be put to better use with more aftercare or more spanking. If you must, I vote for skirt up,panties down, and hands as far away from the bare hot sore bottom as possible. Laundry basket option is fine

I prefer corner time to be as much of an uncertainty to the spankee as is the spanking itself (i.e., duration, intensity, bare or not, implement or not, etc.). Since I’m only talking about play, and not DD, I don’t have to go “all cerebral” on the issue. Thus, CT would include (but not be limited to) any combination of standing – or kneeling – nose to corner, arms folded behind & holding up the skirt, panties down (only if an on-the-bare spanking). No reason, either, that the time should be “wasted,” as the spankee should be required to repeat aloud her offense and the resulting punishment so it’ll be committed to memory. Still, I might also march her off to an early bedtime instead, or send her to bed after serving CT. Again, this is just in play, and bears no malicious or sadistic intent.
I recall hearing, though, that standing long periods in the corner might actually place undue strain on the spine, so I’d be wary of making too common a practice of this, given your history of back problems, Pixie.
Sorry to hear about the extended oral surgery. Looks like you’ll be missing out on the “real” egg nog (made with rum, yo ho ho), as you’ll be on medication for a while to come. So make up for it and be twice as naughty this coming year.

When I was growing up with my stepmom Victoria she would always make me stand in the corner with my nose touching the wall and hands on my head, so their would be no rubbing. Of course my jeans and panties where always down around the ankles too- the better to show off a well punished bottom. But I would often find myself thinking of other ways to get back at her, hopefully without getting another spanking and more corner time.

When we were children corner time was always at attention with hands straight down by the side: it was an alternative to being smacked – and if the hands strayed, then the smacking came anyway – and corner time continued longer. we were not allowd to lean, turn round or an of the other alternatives. The idea of hands above head was I think to stop those hands from rubbing an already smacked bottom – and making girls hold up their skirt was to show their smacked bottom to the world!

For me the best way to do cornertime is kneeling with the nose in corner and the hands on head. This for 10 minutes. Very important is that there will not be moved during this time otherwise the time restart
