Hey, how about that? Just skimming thru some of the recent blogs and came across a very lengthy one from Pixie, in which she responded to many of you individually.
And she replied to me as well, but under a different name! I signed my original email to her as JC (my initials), but now of course for purposes of her site, I'm "gramps78".
So Mrs Pixie(!) you may now call me "gramps 78" if you wish.

Hello to all you happy "bloggers".
I am a brand new member of the Punished Brat site, and am totally new to the art of blogging, so if I err, please forgive (just don't plan on spanking me--I ain't no BOTTOM)

I have already confessed to Pixie that the primary reason I'm joining the site is I "met" Ms Wells some time ago by watching videos she made for another site (Firm Hand). I could never hear from that site that she was no longer making videos there, but fortune smiled on me and I came across Pixie's site, and found her vids along with many, many other very attractive young ladies.

I am excited about becoming part of your little group, and will be reading your posts regularly.

A good day to one and all.

Jai - Wow! It sure does sound like you had a great weekend! Bratting was in high gear.

Sofie - It is tricky, isn't it? I hope we won't have to travel quite so far to find warm temperatures though a visit to Australia would be amazing.

Ray - That sounds great! I'm going to meet with a travel agent later and I'll ask about Coyaba Beach.

^Mike - I'm not sure what the innkeepers might have been suggesting, but as we were leaving, the lady gave me a hug and affectionately called me Brat. My jaw dropped. Honestly I had been so well behaved and everything!

Yes the rocks would sing when we hit them. We were far from the only ones to have tried it as you could see little divots in nearly every rock in the field.

Winchester - Yes, I think we will definitely be heading south. I can hardly wait. And I promise that not a single spoon was nabbed. We have too many (in my opinion) here at home as it is!

Duncan - Is it warm enough for shorts and t-shirts year round?

JC - I am going to have to come up with a new way of referring to my former bf, now husband. Husband is too formal, but he gave me quite a look when I mentioned calling him Mr. Pixie. LOL. Perhaps MP for short?

I'm not a geology nut, though I did have a rock tumbler when I was a kid (along with my other uber-nerdy science toys). The innkeepers told us there was a field nearby where the rocks would chime if you hit them. It wasn't quite like church bells, more like an anvil, but the whole place was really neat to explore.

007 - Thank you. It was a peaceful and quiet honeymoon and I always enjoy taking photos.

Dr. Ken - Hmmmm. So if I come for a visit you promise to turn up the heat to be at a constant, balmy 80 degrees? Or at least help to find other ways to stay warm?

funbun - Oh what a wonderful offer!! That is amazingly kind of you. Unfortunately I think it is a bit far for us to travel.

Redchief - Wouldn't a B&B for spankos be a neat idea? This one is certainly all set and decorated for such fun.

dani - Yeah, my chair would probably be faced that way too. I was nervous each time I entered the room that the chairs might have been moved perhaps by ghostly visitors and the chairs would all be facing the wall.

tim - Yes, the B&B wasn't too far from home, but it was still nice to get away for a few days. We wanted to have a little excursion until after we get through the holidays and have also had a chance to plan our traditional honeymoon.

Prefectdt - 70+ Plus doesn't sound bad at all. That will be a place to look into as well if we don't wish to leave the country.

Javi - That would be amazing. And Carnaval takes place in February, eh? Hmmmmm!!!

mike - It doesn't feel weird until we actually say "husband" or "wife". Or when I need to remember to sign my new name. LOL. But it's all a happy weird.

Michael - I'm so sorry to hear that you have been in the hospital. I apologize for not offering my well wishes to you sooner. I hope you are feeling a lot better now. (((hugs)))

Chelsea - Hawaii is one of our top dream vacation locations. I know it's pretty far from where we are, but I'm going to seriously look into going. Who knows how many chances we'll have to take such a trip!

Sarah - We had a lovely time. Even though it wasn't far, we always have fun just being together.

2Good - I have heard that implements make the best kindling. >:)

Nice spoon collection. It stands to reason that if any of the spoons happen to break "somehow" they should be used to warm you up from their new home in the fireplace on a chilly night at the spooky inn.

The Waikaloa Beach Marriot on the Big Island of Hawaii. Awesome, beautiful and Hawaii is in the 80s year round. Visit Mauna Loa for the observatory, visit Mauna Kea for the volcano. See black sand beaches and lots of gorgeous greenery. Just a suggestion for a warm place for a longer honeymoon.
