My Cause for Paws fundraiser is coming to a close in a couple of days and already it has proven to be a much larger success than I could ever have dared to imagine. I am truly amazed and incredibly grateful for everyone’s generosity. Either many of you share my passion for animals or you really want to see me spanked. 
And that brings me to the topic of the promised spanks. As stated in my original post, I promised I’d be spanked based on the total number of donations and I’ll happily honor this as I gave my word. However, since the total has far exceeded what I ever thought possible, I would like to offer an alternative.
The current total is about $800 and I know there are a couple of additional donations on their way via snail mail. This is a lot of spanks, not just for me, but 800+ hand spanks would make for a very long, boring, repetitive spanking for viewers. My proposal is to incorporate some different implements, but reduce the total number of spanks received accordingly due to the more intense swats. My offer is instead of 800 hand spanks, to receive:
300 by hand
50 with hairbrush
20 with wooden spoon
10 with belt
10 with school paddle
10 with the cane
The total comes to 400, but that’s still a very intense punishment and I think it would offer a little more viewing interest than endless hand spanks only. And since I’ll be shooting this after the other three PB scenes I have scheduled to do next week, I think I’ll be lucky to sit by November! It’s all for an excellent cause though and so I’m happy to do my part.

Congratulations on a HUGE success; I am grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of it. If other charities find out about this, your poor little bum may be more in demand than ever before!
In more than one way, Pix, there really seems to be a direct neuro-psychological connection between your bottom and your heart. As everyone here knows, both are absolutely beautiful.

Pixie–the important thing to me is how generous everybody has been in helping animals who (obviously) cannot help themselves. The number of spanks delivered to your cute derriere actually doesn’t matter all that much. I’d be happy with a replay of the number of swats you got for your blogiversary. Or the variety you mention in your offer, but 100 handspanks instead of 300.
However, it’s your bottom, and you know what you’re capable of–so if you think the numbers mentioned in your offer is manageable, then by all means do it!

For my part I would be more than happy with the alternative – but I am troubled that you intend to shoot it directly after a PB shoot: can’t you give youe poor bottom a rest and have this charity “bonus-spank” at a mid-point between PB (or other_ engagements? Oh – and I don’t hink you should let Dallas do the spanking!

I had a feeling that this would lead to a pretty awesome spanking, so I was careful about how much I donated.
Even with the implements you’ve suggested it still seems a very severe punishment – especially after a day of filming.
Does the contract say that you must take all the smacks in US Dollars? You could save your bottom by converting some of the swats to GBP for example.

I mailed my check yesterday. I would accept your counter-proposal of 400 swats with a variety of implements. However, I too think that you should wait and film the spanking between shoots. It’s perfectly reasonable under the circumstances to make it one spank for every $2. Personally, I would up the hairbrush & paddle totals and not use the cane (no cane marks on your lovely stunning bottom 
) But as noted, it’s your spanking and you know what you can handle. Here’s hoping you clear $1000 by the 28th. It’s quite possible

I’m glad the fundraiser was such a success, but I dunno, am I the only one who feels that the, er, punishment doesn’t fit the crime? Wait, wrong phrase. But you know what I’m saying. Seeing you get 800 spanks or the very reasonable adjusted spanks\smacks\strokes doesn’t seem to fit.
But I’m not sure what a good alternative way of saying “Thank you” would be. And I know how scrupulous you are, so you will probably insist on going ahead. But before the one we should try to come up with some alternative bonuses for your supporters. Just my two bits.

Prefectdt – It will be an awful lot to take when done in addition to my scenes for a shoot, but the cameras are on set. Back when I first came up with the idea, I thought of trying to capture the video here at home using my little video camera, but the quality would not have been as good and my boyfriend is also not up for having his face on video (for work related reasons) and also is not at all happy with the number of swats I’ve agreed to so I don’t think he’d be willing to give them at this point.
I hope that the video will turn out very well. I had no idea the fundraiser would be as successful as it is, but I feel that I must do my part to uphold the agreement.
Jeff – Thank you so much for taking part! I hope that the video will be as rewarding as the feeling of knowing you’ve helped contribute to a good cause is.
Dr. Ken – I went back and forth (driving probably everyone I chatted to about it nuts) on how to figure out what to do about the numbers. I wondered if a total of 400 would seem too small since I did promise a spank per dollar, but then would 300 handspanks be too repetitive as well? Since David, Veronica, and Beverly will be on set when we shoot, I hope that they’ll each help out by taking turns in spanking my bottom to add to the variety factor.
Winchester – Trouble is, I’m not sure when we’d be able to do so due to many other upcoming activities not only on my plate but on Eric’s and David’s as well. I think we may break up the spanking itself so that I get the handspanking portion all at once in between my scenes, then the hairbrush and spoon portion between another, and conclude the day with the cane, belt, and paddle. Hopefully that will help a little and still satisfy the agreement.
Steve (UK) – At least I had a couple of people including David Pierson say that their donation was a gift and need not be counted in the total spanks! If only I could use your exchange rate idea without feeling like I fudged the numbers. Good idea!
tim – It’s all for a good cause.
dani – I was pretty impressed to find the two of them sharing the guest bed together. It’s certainly progress as far as cat relations.
Steve – I really wish there was a way to do the spanking on another day. I just don’t think I’ll have the opportunity to do so within a reasonable timeframe that wouldn’t end up simply being a different shoot day. I too hope that I’ll be able to pass the $1000 mark. That would be absolutely amazing.
Aristotle – I wouldn’t mind waiting, but I don’t want to postpone it too much and give any doubt that I might not follow through. As I said above, I’m just not sure when I might have an opportunity to do this without it being incorportated into a shoot day. I’ll be ok. And if there is any doubt, I know that David and Eric are ready to figure out an alternative if needed for safety reasons despite my stubborness.
Spankfun – I only know how to count in English, German, and Spanish, but actually for this spanking I am going to ask and entrust the counting to a cast member that is standing by but not actually spanking me at the time. I counted each swat of my blogiversary spanking, and I found that I was so focused on not losing track that I didn’t feel as free to react. With this spanking in particular, I think all of my energy and attention will be on kicking and fussing!
I will see if there isn’t something we can do though in the video to honor all of the participants from different countries that have contributed to the fundraiser.
007 – I know! I honestly had no idea how successful it would be, but I’m every so thankful. I cannot wait to present the donations to the shelter.
I know that the cane isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I don’t mind it (well, more than any other stingy implement). And I noted that one donator sent in $6 which I kind of wonder if it wasn’t a hint for 6 of the best. Anyway, I’m just trying to offer variety.
Alan – Yes, I know what you’re saying. But I wasn’t sure how else to give back to those that are giving while still staying on topic so to speak. Believe it or not, I even feel a little guilty about offering the alternative proposal since I like to always stick to my word. But if you have another suggestion for what might be a workable solution that would keep everyone happy (and me safe!) then please let me know. Even if I can’t do it this time around, it would be good to keep in mind if I opt to do another event in the future.

Ehm. This is an acceptable arrangement. However I doubt, with every fiber in my being, that a video of you getting hand spanked 800 to 1000 times would be boring. Unconstitutional in being cruel and unusual: yes. Boring? No. Not by half.
However, we are all reasonable people, and I hope we can all come and reason together. Your proposal is fair. A person willing to put their ass in harm’s way for little critters is brave and valiant and thus should be awarded a certain latitude. [PB gives a weird and a little scary nod]. It is done.
After all, we are not communists.
I must ask, does getting regular and severe fanny fannings make one, or you, more brave in daily life? Like, listen buddy, this is my cab, I hailed it, and don’t give me that look cuzz I’ve been spanked three times a week by professionals for the last five years, just because, and I ain’t scared of nothing. I did not donate, so I have less of a stake in this or a right to make comments. I commend you though, on your fundraising efforts. I actually raise money for nonprofits for a living, and this is quite impressive given your traffic. It’s a testament to the rapport you’ve built with your fan base.
I have a small suggestion regarding how you might pay off your spanking debt. I like adding implements- but perhaps there are other punishments that could be incorporated into the scene, such as 10 seconds of mouth soaping, for example?

I’m glad we could come to this … arrangement.
I’d say getting spanked has made me a little braver and more confident, but generally I tend to still be rather shy and quiet. However, if a certain line is crossed (for example being intentionally hurtful to someone I care about) I will curse a blue streak (rare for me) and fight back with my claws out.
Usually the animals only get one name, but I’m sure we can at least have one named Jack and between you and me we’ll know what his last name is as well.

As a contributor, but not one who did so to see you spanked, my opinion may also not be of much worth here. Frankly, I’m on your b/f’s side, and evidently so are at least a couple of others here based on the comments so far, when it comes to the sheer number of spanks you’re in for.
Rather than rush headlong and try to immediately fulfill this “obligation” you’ve set yourself, why not let us (quickly) vote on how it should be met? I think you were on the right path with your original idea of making the video at home with your b/f as Top. I think the dynamic between you two would be quite different than between you and David, et al., but that still leaves the problem of the camera, and I suppose borrowing one from Eric would be out of the question. If video quality were not an issue, disguising your b/f’s appearance would keep his identity safe, and you’d be free to submit to multiple spankings, at different times, with different implements (maybe including his homemade paddle and your riding crop?), in different costumes (Naughty Candy Striper?), and maybe even different locations (the woods? the woodshed?).
Whatever you decide, Pixie, is quite alright by me for my only interest here was in the animals.

^Mike – Yes, there certainly is a very different dynamic during a spanking from my boyfriend and one given by my PB friends. I’m sure one day I will capture a spanking from my bf on video to share, but this time I think I need to stick to the current commitment. I don’t want to keep changing my promise. It’s not a decision I made easily (just ask poor Richard Windsor who I blabbered on to in trying to figure it out) because I’m a Libra to the Nth degree and I’m constantly weighing options – especially when I’ve gotten such mixed feedback of “yes, the new agreement is fine”, “no, 400 including implements is still too much”, even some emails with additional donation specifically requesting that they be used to reduce the number of spanks, and your idea as well to be spanked by my bf rather than do this on set at all (which is an idea I like very much). But as I said, I don’t want to keep changing it, and I do feel a bit rushed simply because we have this shoot coming up on Tuesday and I’d want to take my spanking then if I’m going to go with that option.
The video itself will be posted here on my blog as a complete and separate clip. I know that portions will likely be used on Pixie’s Previews, but I don’t want to monopolize the video with a non-scene charity spanking.

Your arrangement is more than fair to this donator. Don’t feel guilty about changing it as the donations generously exceeded expectations. The main goal was to help the animals and your spanking was just the cherry on top. I was going to suggest you schedule your charity spanking well after your PB shoot and to reduce the 300 hand spanks and eliminate the cane strokes, but I read in your replies to others this is not possible and you don’t mind the cane and numebr of spanks so you do what you feel is best and safe. Good idea having different people deliver the hand spanks for variety, and I hope you take Chloe up on her generous suggestion some time in the future as that would be fun.
Pixie, I hope your final total exceeds $1,000.00. You should be very proud of what you have done and how much you have helped the animals and touched so many people. And all the people who have donated or given support in some other way should also feel very good. This is a great bunch we have in our community, and you’re the best Pixie.

I agree with your bf, that number is too big. 400 seems huge. How much do you love animals? Enough to take some corner time? David and Eric should have a plan in place for “stubborn” you for your own good. They should have you do corner time and count each second towards your total…if they feel it risks your safety at some point. I worry about you being so kind and honest…that’s why I suggested seconds in the corner. If I was mean I’d say minutes.
