Spanking Pixie

Pixie’s Cause for Paws

September 18th, 2008

**PayPal issue now resolved.  Please see notice at bottom of this post**

If you’re a reader of my blog, you probably already know that one of my passions (aside from spanking) is animal welfare.  Last year, I participated in a local charity event called Walk For Animals which aids the shelter I volunteer at.   The facility is full to capacity and in desparate need of supplies, funds, and of course, loving homes for the hundreds of domestic animals they care for.

This year I will be participating in the fundraiser again and would like to ask any of you that can and wish to support to please help out.  Every last cent goes to help an animal in need - nothing in my pocket.  Also, for every dollar raised (through this blog), I will receive one hard bare bottomed spank which I’ll record and post in a later blog update.  I’ll gladly hurt if it means an animal doesn’t have to.

Sponsorship is a flat fee (not a per mile increment).  Donations can be made via PayPal by clicking here:

If you would like to donate by check, money order, or well concealed cash, you can send it to the PB P.O. Box:

PB / Amber Wells
P.O. Box 413
Doylestown, PA 18901

Please make checks or money orders out to directly C.S.A. (the charity organization).  Please include a little note so we know it’s a donation, not a product order.

If I manage to raise even just $1, that’s one more dollar I can give to the rescue foundation and my bottom gets off pretty lightly.  And if I raise nothing at all (I know right now is a tough economic time for many), I’ll still have given it a good try.  But with any luck, I’ll have a sore, red bottom and will be helping a good cause at the same time.  Donations can be accepted through September 28th.  Thank you!

———————————————————–

*** I hit a slight technical snag with PayPal.  In order to accept any donations made, I must verify my PayPal account using my bank account … which I’d have no trouble doing except that “Amber Wells” isn’t the name on my bank account!  I therefore have had to unfortunately return all donations made yesterday and this morning and I’ve posted a new donation link using a 100% verified account.  I apologize for any confusion for those who so generously tried to donate.  I do hope that you’ll donate again now that the issue has been resolved.  Thank you to those of you who have already re-sent their donations.  :)  ***

    Pixie,

    Again, how Sweet!

I’m not formally involved with animal welfare, but I’ve always carried dog treats with me. When I happen to walk down alleys and find lonely dogs, I have something to give them!

    Blessings!

What a darling little Pixie you are!! As a vegetarian, fellow animal lover and someone who just loves to know that Pixie gets spanked :-) you have my full support!!

Consider my donation your warm up, can’t having you being spanked ‘Hard’ for doing something so nice, not on my behalf anyway. You can even keep your panties up for your warm up before they come down and the HARD spanks start, lol :-)

Good luck with such a noble cause, hopefully a bunch of your readers will dig deep for a buck or two to support your efforts. Every penny (and every hard spank) counts and no donation is too small.

    Richard Windsor.

  3. Irelynn

That’s such a good cause! I love animals (I’m a vegetarian too - who knew I have something in common with Richard?) and as soon as my paycheck gets in I’ll make a donation. In fact, I’ll see if there’s an animal shelter around here too, I’d love to volunteer for it.

It’s a lovely thing you’re doing you know!

  4. Winchester

I’m not a great animal person - but am glad to give a little support when people take action for something in which they passionately believe. So have sent a small donation!

    Happy smacks! :-)

  5. Ofia

awesome of you. very. I put up a quick blurb on my blog about your fund raising. Don’t know if it will help you but I didn’t figure it was going to hurt. :)

  6. Radagast

Thanks to my wife, I am now an avowed cat lover…er…tolerater. Always glad to HALP R FRENDS.

  7. Dave

This is awesome. Donation en route. :)

You know, I’ve been thinking that we as a community of bloggers, it would be great if some of us did periodic posts inspired by yours: blogging for good things, for good causes, for peace and happiness.

    Thank you Pixie.

    Dave.

Does this work the same way that blog post deal worked in that we get to see a Pixie’s Preview video of the spanks you receive from our donations? :D

Either way, it’s definitely a worthy cause. Very commendable that you literally put your butt on the line for our four legged furry friends :)

  9. lil miss naughty

Thats a really great thing to do pixie, i love animals to, good luck

  10. Spankedhortic

Great cause, I remember reading about you doing this walk last year as well. My lurcher came from the dieren aziel (animal shelter), he’s been with me for 9 years now.

I tried to donate but am having the usual problems that pay pal usually give me, I will try again tomorrow (Saturday).

    Best ‘O luck with this.

Just got an email that said the Paypal payment did not go through and that the funds would be returned to me. I’m not sure what the issue is with all of this but I tried to contribute. Alas.

  12. Pixie

Hi Rad, thanks for sending a donation. Yes, I did have to return it due to a tech problem I was having on my end with PayPal. It has since been resolved. Here’s my rambling that I posted as an update in the blog:

I hit a slight technical snag with PayPal.

  13. Richard Windsor

Ain’t no big thing, jelly bean!! I encountered the same problem when I originally signed up for paypal because I was hesitant to use my real name.

No worries though, I will resubmit my donation right now. Unless you know how paypal works it is an easy technical issue to encounter.

  14. Steve

    Pixie,

Is it possible to mail you a check? If so, please give us a mailing address and who the check should be made out.

    Thanks,
    Steve

  15. Winchester

Also re-submitting - but now I have seen the exchange rate I have decided that the first one was a tad on the mean side, so am increasing the donation. Sorry, Pixie, but it means there will be a few more swats! :-):-)

  16. Steve (UK)

Setting up a Paypal account that works properly seems to take the average person a weekend, even with one bank account and one name on it.
I’ll re-submit as soon as I’ve posted this.

I’m sure I recognise the cat, but have you adopted a puppy as well?

  17. Pixie

Thank you so much everyone for your help and understanding too. I have posted the PB P.O. Box address if you’d like to donate by snailmail. You can make the check out to C.S.A.

I plan to post the video of the donated spanks earned directly on my blog, not as a part of Pixie’s Previews. That’s the plan anyway.

  18. Steve (UK)

    Damn exchange rate variations!
That just cost me 3 pence more.

  19. Pixie

Steve - You should have heard me on the phone with the very nice man from PayPal customer service as I was trying to explain my not so average issue. “Hi my name is ******* but my PP account is under Amber Wells … blah, blah, blah.”

I have not adopted the puppy, but my family did. She’s one lucky rescue dog. I hope to give another dog a good home here some day soon. It’s a wonder that I haven’t brought more than 2 adorable kitties already!

  20. A.S.S.

We have dog and a cat… and love what you’re doing. HATE Paypal though!

Long story… but years ago we used PayPal to collect fees for a fantasy football league. $25 per person, mainly to cover the cost of a stat website and a trophy. This was a friendly league, and had nothing to do with making money. PayPal SEIZED our account because we were running an “illegal gambling operation.”

grrrr… just hope they don’t cause you problems. (we bad-mouth PayPal any chance we get now!)

Anyway… snail mail is on the way. Our spanks should be extra hard to cover the postage though.

    ;)

  21. Radagast

All right. For all the BS you had to go through I added 50% to my original donation. Maybe a few more animals can be helped now.

  22. ^Mike

As the old man walked the beach at dawn, he noticed a young man ahead of him picking up starfish and flinging them into the sea. Finally catching up with the youth, he asked him why he was doing this. The answer was that the stranded starfish would die if left until the morning sun.

“But the beach goes on for miles and there are millions of starfish,” countered the other. “How can your effort make any difference?”

The young man looked at the starfish in his hand and then threw it to safety in the waves. “It makes a difference to this one,” he said.

    Pixie,

Glad I checked your site when I got back in, and also that you’ve arranged to accept checks. A swat for each dollar? From the looks of the response, I’d say you are going to be verrrryyy sore, but I hope happily so.

  23. Dr. Ken

Pixie–great work for a very important cause, and I hope you get a lot of donations–not because I want to see you get spanked (well, I do, but I can look at a PB video for that), but because our furry friends need all the help they can get. I’m going to put up a post on my blog (Spanking Minnesota) asking people to come here, read and donate.
    Hugs and spanks,

    Dr. Ken

  24. Jeff

On behalf of our three cats (and two lizards and two tarantulas), “spank you” so much!! You are appreciated as always for your generous heart — and even more generous bottom! I hope the few extra swats I just sponsored don’t sting *too* much! Any chance that one of your pets might make a cameo in the video? (Hmm, that got me wondering: Have you ever had a pet react at all — quizzical, nervous — to seeing you get a spanking? Just curious.) Take care, and good luck!

  25. Little Princess dani

    Pixie,

Believe me, I, too, have been affected by PayPal in the past.

I’m glad for the mailing address. I’m sending something as well for our furry friends.

  26. mikep

like you pixie i am an animal lover i had animal all my life i would do anything for my cats and they knew it. i would put them well being before mine to make sure they are ok.

i think you should have some kind of spanking fundraiser thing to help raise money. tell people how much money they donate is amount of spanks they can get kind of like donate and get spanked do not donated THEN GET A SPANKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT THAT TYPE OF SPANKING BE PAINFUL ONE one who do donate get a playful fun spanking.

so what you think to this idea. the spanking can be dish out by you and chloe or other brats. for playful one painful one dish out by punish brat top female

  27. Spankedhortic

Finally got PayPal to except my card (only took seven attempts today). Wish I could have afforded a bit bigger donation but the budget is a bit pushed this month.

Good luck with the fund raising, I am looking forward to seeing your bottom getting warmed.

    P.S. Sorry but I have to say this - I HATE PAY*&?%”;&PAL.

  28. Clare

A.P., I really appreciate how you made a generous donation to The Mutt Scouts- one of my favorite charities. I am more than happy to say back atcha. What a great example you are!

  29. 2Good

How nice that you’re helping a cause near and dear to you…and letting all of us help too! Hope you’re prepared for everyone’s “help”. I’ll just bet this number of spanks will “beat” your blogiversary spanking number, no pun intended.

  30. tim

pixie it is very sweet of you doing this my family help the pdsa in england when we can the dogs and cats in your area are verylucky to have you taking spanks for them much love from tim.

  31. Aristotle

Hi Pixie…..just left a donation at PayPal. You have a kind heart not only to be raising money for animals but also to put your bottom on the line for them.

I have to say that, whilst I too love our animal friends, it is the anticipation of watching you getting your backside reddened that mainly motivated me to contribute………what a delightfully sore bottom you’re going to have.

Pixie - I’ve never posted before because I am pretty shy, but I wanted to tell you what a wonderful thing it is that you are doing. I have two fabulous little dogs I adopted from a rescue that specializes in rehabilitating animals from puppy mills. I don’t have a lot of extra cash right now, but I had to send something. Good luck with your volunteering - it takes a very special person to be able to work with shelter animals.

I started reading your blog a few months ago when my fiance asked me pretty much out of the blue if he could spank me. Of course I balked. He pointed me in the direction of your blog and a few weeks later I figured I could give it a shot if it meant enough to him to ask me about it.

We’re still experimenting, but I know that if I hadn’t read your blog, I wouldn’t have even been open to trying. Thanks!

  33. Michael

    Hi Pixie,

I am familiar with your wonderful site but this is the first time I am commenting. I just found out about your current fund raiser, Cause For Paws, on Dr. Ken’s Spanking Minnesota blog and immediately came over here and left a donation through PayPal. I know you have a passion for animal welfare and that says so much about a person and shows you their true heart, and in your case your heart is as big as all outdoors. I know you’ll have great success with this worthy cause helped along by our wonderful community as evidenced by the previous comments and donations. Good luck and great success, Pixie.

I’m overwhelmed by everyone’s support and generosity! I can’t say thank you enough to all that have contributed (and even recontributed) so far.

My bottom is in big trouble and I couldn’t be happier about it. I can’t wait to provide the donations to the shelter.

dani - That is very nice of you. :) I bet you make lots of four-legged friends along your walks.

Richard - Thanks so much, Pup, not only for helping to kick off the fundraiser, but for being there for me as I cried and freaked out over having to return the first few donations due to the PayPal snafu. Oh, and thank you for marking your donation smacks as a warm up. I think I’m going to need it.

Irelynn - Wonderful. I hope you’re able to locate a shelter to work with. Most are always looking for people to help with the daily care as well as organizing events and adoption days.

Winchester - Thank you for helping to support a cause I hold dear.

Ofia - Thank you! I really appreciate the blog blurb. :D

Dave - Thanks! I think it’s great when we bloggers can relate to one another on many levels and share common interests even beyond spanking. I’m not sure if others feel the same, but I feel even more connected and close than ever when we do.

lil miss naughty - animals are an important part of my life and I’m always happy to go up to bat for them.

Prefectdt - I’m hoping for even better weather for the day of this year’s walk. Thqankfully the dogs don’t seem to mind what it’s like just as long as they get to be outside.

I hope lurcher is well. No doubt he is very lucky you found him.

Todd & Suzy - I had no idea PayPal could be so difficult to deal with. Illegal gambling over a fantasy football league? Geez. Thank you for your snail mail donation!! Can I take an extra 0.42 spanks for the stamp? :D

^Mike - Yes, I’m going to be very sore indeed. Thank goodness I’m doing a charity walk, not a charity sit because I’m not sure I could participate otherwise! :)

Dr. Ken - Thank you for the mention on your blog. It’s been a great help in getting the word out. Is that a picture of your dog in the Christmas stocking? Adorable!

Jeff - My cats won’t be making an appearance in the resulting video, which is probably for the best!! Misha (aka Scrag) always hides and Peanut (aka Stink) cries whenever she hears me get even a few smacks. I was going to just film the spanking here at home, but then we scheduled an upcoming shoot and I figure it will be better to have the spanking shot on set.

mikep - well, I’ve done my best to incorporate a spanking into the fundraiser since I’ve promised to take a spank for each dollar donated. It’s a lot easier than trying to dish them out to the many generous donators. It would get a bit costly to travel and deliver! If only we had SpankPal and I could send a smack electronically.

Clare - thank you! How is it going with the Mutt Scouts? Any follow up news on the dog you blogged about helping?

2Good - Yes, the number of spanks is already well beyond the number my blogiversary turned out. I am amazed and sooo happy … and am enjoying sitting while I can.

tim - the pdsa looks like a wonderful organization. 91 years of caring for animals. Fantastic!

Aristotle - warm heart, hot bottom. :) You’ll see me quite well spanked, I promise.

Anne - Thank you so much for your contribution. That’s wonderful that you were able to rescue two dogs and give them a loving home. I bet they show their appreciation and love to you every day.

I’m so flattered that you enjoy reading my blog and that it’s even helped you to consider trying spanking a bit with your fiance! :) Please feel free to email me if ever you’d like. I’d be more than happy to chat with you.

Michael - You have me blushing!! Thank you for donating as well as leaving a note here. I am truly amazed and will be forever grateful for all of the generous donations. Together we’ll be helping provide care for many, many needy companion animals.

I just over my drop in the bucket, enjoy a few swats from me Pixie! From the looks of things your up for one heck of a long spanking :-)

I have mixed feelings about this one. Such a noble deed should be rewarded, not punished! I imagine however, that you’ve secured a good spot on Santa’s “nice” list this year!!
