This summer I’ve practically been living in flip flops. I used to find them so uncomfortable but now that I’ve found styles that don’t make me feel like I’m about to lose a toe, I’ve been wearing them a lot lately.
A couple of days ago I received an email asking if we’d consider doing a scene in which the girl was spanked with a flip flop – either one plucked off her own foot or one that the female top was wearing. Certainly would be convenient to have the girl wear her own implement, but how would it look and feel on the bottom?
Despite my growing collection, I’ve never been spanked with a flip flop. So in the name of research, I grabbed my shoe, hiked up my shorts, and tested out a few quick smacks on my bottom. Since they were the foam kind, there wasn’t much weight to it and therefore not much thud, but I was surprised by the sting, particularly the afterburn I felt a few seconds later. I’m certain that my boyfriend’s heavier rubber soled leather flip flops would really make an impact, but I wasn’t going to carry the experiement that far. I’ll just extrapolate … and also ask for your experiences and feedback.
If you’ve been spanked with a flip flop or used one to spank a naughty bottom, did you find it was an effective implement? Did you notice the delayed sting and burn too?

There was a guy on the wsf forum that always wanted flip flop updates. To give the guy the benefit of the doubt, I tried a flip flop, the light foam type, on a couple of bottoms and find they bring howls of remorse and penitence. I even cut the toe strap off mine to reduce wind drag and increase balance. If you find that one around the house, you know it is not for wearing.
I read a blog just this morning that has one pictured on a stick as a “flip flop fly swatter.” The blog stated that it could be used to spank as well, but that lightweight handle will take away all the impact. Best just to hold it with your hand.

Wow! Ok so not too long ago I met up with an old spanking friend for the first time and what did he happen to grab when I started laughing because I couldn’t feel the hairbrush but my own flip flop. I wear the heavier rubber ones, Reefs, and OMG did that sting like the dickens! we were in my car in and hadn’t turned on the AC yet so maybe that’s why I was feeling no pain.
Now I don’t normally bruise or it takes a whole lot to even get a little, but I marked like crazy from that darn thing! It left really cool marks, and no regrets, it was nice to have a visual proof for once, but I think the heat in the car played a lot into everything! I’m not sure if he spanked with the sole or the bottom of the flip flop, but either way I was really done bratting by the time he was done spanking, that’s for sure!

Flip-Flops are for wearing on the feet. The hand is more effective and if an implement MUST be used there is a choice of many more effective items. The only time I could see a flip-flop being used is if you were alone on a deserted beach, miles from anything else and really just had to have an implement. Of course, I have to admit I have never actually been spenked by one but I did try the same thing you did with the same delayed sting but unless the flip-flop was bigger I found the size I wear to be lacking in enough weight. Maybe if someone has bigger feet, and thus bigger flip-flops, it might be different.

I walked in a town in New Zealand and saw a Maori girl (14 or so) and her mom arguing. Mom all of a sudden had enough of it and took one flip-flop from her feet (a rubber one). She wanted to give the girl a few smacks with it on her tight shorts, that encased a full pair of buttocks.

I’ve been spanked with a flip-flop once. In the beginning of our [my husband and mine] domestic discipline relationship he experimented with A LOT of different, random implements [including his waiter book..?].. and the flip flop was one of them. It was one of those foam soled ones, and it didn’t hurt at all. I yelped and jumped and pretended it hurt, but really it didn’t.
I mean yeah it had a little sting to it but it didn’t grow, or spread, or sting afterwards.
But that was only once with one flip flop.
Now a wooden incense burner… THAT hurts.

2Good is correct. You need a new, dedicated, flip flop for this purpose. The ones with little pieces of gravel and glass can have an undesired effect.
And yes, I typically give myself a few swats with a new implement to see how it will feel to the sub, to see if the implement is powerful enough for the purpose. Yep, sting city.
So, no responses from little Pix yet, she must be cowering in a corner.

That post just made me realize that I have never been spanked with a flip flop. No matter how long a person has been playing there is always something new to try. Please tell us what it is like, after the event. I am wondering if it is similar to a plimsol or slipper but being more flexible perhaps it will not have the long lasting DMT effect.

Spanking videos with flipflops and slippers are my favourite. Would love to see them feature more on PB mixed in with the hand and hairbrush punishments. Sandal style flipflops with rubber soles are probably the most painful.

I believe that flip-flops have been used to good effect on other sites! Now I once saw a pair of flip-flops with leather soles – one of those would probably have made its mark – just as a sandal does if it has a strong leather sole. Plastic flip-flops are probably on the flimsy side but would, I guess, give a sharp sting on impact. There is certainly something evocative about the spankee being spanked with her own footwear: more so than the footwear of the spanker. (The latter was sometimes used in school when the master in charge of the class was wearing gymn shoes and it was not serous enough to warrant the cane – and there was nothing particularly appealing about that!)

Having used a flip-flop on the bare bottom of a 20+ young woman and on the bare bottom of a 50+ woman……the same flip-flop…..belonging to the younger lady……I have to say that it proved to be a very effective spanking implement and it made a very satisfying sound when it made contact with the two bottoms. I very much hope that you will get to be spanked with a flip-flop……preferably with a rubber sole….on your lovely bare bottom in one of the future PB films……..here’s wishing and hoping!!

i love idea of spankings with flip flop i bought few flip flop for that very reason yet to get spanked with one i even love idea of spanking with sandal hope to get spanked with one of those too. i even want try shoes spanking too.

The girls I have spanked have all worn their own implement, a flat thong, toe-ring, or slide sandal, not a flip flop. They are all completely flat, no heel at all. They dislike the OTK spanking as it is, but are especially surprised when I take one of the sandals off their feet and continue the spanking with it. That usually clinches the fact that they won’t be able to sit for a while.
Sometimes before they go across my knee, as they’re standing beside me, I will request that they hand me one of their sandals. Reluctantly they do so and obviously know what they’re in for. They also realize they deserve the spanking.
